- Deal with Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Singaporean, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Indonesian students from different levels and with different age groups
- Commit to the chosen schedule
- Correct Students Mistakes
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Has Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to conduct classess with Minimal Supervision
- Behave in a professional manner, adapts easily to student's culture
- Provides timely assessment of student's class performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Monitors student's progress by giving appropriate learning recommendations
- Assess the student's language learning level congruent to their learning needs
- Maintain or exceed baseline's quality standards for all assigned task
Qualifications:
- With Pleasing Personality
- Teacher must be able to teach both (man-to-man/On-Line Classes)
- Graduate of Any Degree / Vocational might be accepted
- Teacher should have strong command in English Language
- Teacher should be passionate about teaching, must be enthusiastic, patient , has positive attitude and self-motivated
- Teachers should be willing to undergo training
